HELP, PILOT?

Tiny Pursuit is free to download, and the first 15 levels are free, along with Flight School, Battle, Endless Mode and the Daily Challenge. If you're hooked, a single in-app purchase unlocks levels 16 to 100, the ending, and new rockets and trails in the Garage. There are no ads, no energy timers and no subscriptions.

Tiny Pursuit is available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Save your pilot and your progress follows you across every device you sign in on.

Start with Flight School. It's a short, friendly training run that gets you flying in a couple of minutes, and the game will give you a gentle nudge in flight if you forget how to steer. After that, the campaign begins in Sector One.

Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy the full game, then open Settings in Tiny Pursuit and choose Restore Purchases. The full game unlocks again at no extra cost.

First try Restore Purchases from Settings, and check you have an internet connection. If the levels are still locked, email us with the date of the purchase and the Apple order ID from your receipt email, and we'll sort it out.

All purchases are processed by Apple, so we can't issue refunds directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No. Saving your pilot is optional. Without an account, your progress is stored on your device. With one, your coins, skins, records and progress are saved online and follow you to any device you sign in on.

On your current device, save your pilot with an email address and password. Then install Tiny Pursuit on your new device and sign in with the same details. Your pilot picks up exactly where you left off.

Choose the forgotten password option on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link to reset it. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, or email us from the address on your account.

Only your pilot name, which appears on leaderboards and in Battle. Your email address is never shown to other players.

You can delete your pilot account from within the game, or ask us to do it for you. See Delete your account for step-by-step instructions and details of what gets removed.

Send your recorded run to another pilot. They race against it, and whoever flies furthest in two minutes wins. You'll need an internet connection to send and receive battles.

A new mini-game every day, rotating through five different challenges. Earn bronze, silver or gold medals, keep your streak alive, and open mystery crates with your daily medals.

Leaderboards need an internet connection. Check you're online and signed in to your pilot, then fly again. If a score is still missing, email us with your pilot name and roughly when you set it.

Yes. Open Settings in Tiny Pursuit and turn on Reduce Motion or Reduce Flashing to keep every run comfortable.

Try these steps in order:

• Update Tiny Pursuit to the latest version from the App Store.
• Fully close the game and open it again.
• Restart your device and make sure it has some free storage.

Still stuck? Email us with your device model, its software version and what happened just before the problem, and we'll take a look.

If you saved your pilot, check you're signed in with the same email address you used before. Progress from before you created an account is only stored on that device. If something still looks wrong, email us with your pilot name and we'll investigate.
